The UCL ABM Working Group hosts monthly seminars to discuss new and on-going ABM research projects on a wide variety of disciplines. Whether you are a novice, an expert in the field, or thinking about whether to use simulation methods for your research, anyone with an interest in ABM is welcome to attend.
Seminars normally involve three short talks – about 20 minutes each for the presentation and group discussion. This can be on a specific ABM project, discuss a particular problem you are facing with ABM, or, as a means of practicing a presentation prior to a formal conference. The seminars are a useful opportunity to gain valuable feedback on your models and bounce ideas within an informal setting. Alternatively, the seminars can be used as a teaching tool for particular topics (such model development).
If you would like to give a presentation or host a workshop, then please contacts us, we'd love to hear from you.
